Really friendly staff in he hotel, big comfortable beds and all the little things if you forget them. Great location as it’s the shortest walk from some great shopping and little eateries.

This is a grand old hotel, brimming with history and culture. Well maintained with a professional staff, I have been staying here for over 20 years when I visit Shanghai. Feels like coming home

The equipments of the room were amaizing (iron table for example and personal desk). Same for the equipment of the hotel.

Spacious, clean, gorgeous facility❤️ very confortable and posh. Location was perfect, size of the appartment, beds were very comfy, bathrooms are perfect, personnel is very helpful
